REGISTRATION FEE SCHEDULE

Initial registration fees are due upon registration for the annual swim season in September.  If a swimmer joins during any time of the swim season, these fees will apply.  Swim season begins in September and runs through mid-August.  Initial registration is $100 and is divided into two areas: $60 to USA Swimming, for registration, and $40 to TSS for administrative costs.

During the season re-registration fees are due for the following: $36 registration for TSS for any swimmer who transfers from another team (USS fee also due if not already registered).  There is a $5 re-activation fee for TSS members that have taken leave for more than 6 weeks.

If special circumstances arise where you are unable to continue your regular swim schedule, but are still able to swim occasionally, a drop in rate of $20 a day will be charged.  The swimmer must have the permission of the head coach to swim on a drop in pay schedule.  Any swimmer who swims longer than 6 weeks at the drop in rate will be reviewed by the Head Coach and the Board to determine if the arrangement should continue or an alternate fee arrangement should be proposed.  The drop in rate is for the convenience of the swimmer and should not be used to circumvent the monthly fees and participating in the TSS program as a full member.

            Any swimmer unable to swim as a result of injury or illness must notify the head coach immediately to avoid re-registration fees.

SWIM FEES

Registration fees are due prior to the simmers first workout.  Initial registration fees will be refunded in the amount of $20 within 5 days of registration if the swimmer notifies the head coach that they do not want to participate with TSS.

Swim fees are due by the first of each month.  Please mail your payment to TSS, PO BOX 723, LAKE STEVENS, WA 98258 or you may give your payment to your coach.  Attendance will be taken each day and any swimmer who is not current with dues for any month will not be allowed to swim after the 5th of the month until they are current, unless special arrangements have been made with the head coach. Swim dues are payable every month, unless arrangements are made prior to the beginning of the month. 

 

There are three options to pay swim fees.

1.      When the yearly option is selected the swimmers dues are paid in full for the year and a 10% discount occurs.  If the swimmer advances to a higher level during the swim season, they will only be billied the higher rate at the next billing cycle.  2. When the semi-annual plan is selected, the dues for 5 months are paid in full and a 5% discount occurs.  If the swimmer advances to a higher level during the 5 month period, it will be handled as above.

3.      When the 10 month plan is selected, the swimmer’s dues are due by the 1st of the month.  There is a family discount at this level of 10% off per month for each additional swimmer, except for our lessons. There is a maximum of 3 children for billing purposes.  Families with more than 3 children will have the additional children swim without monthly dues.

LATE FEES

If circumstances arise where payment will be late or if another payment date is necessary, a reasonable accommodation will be made if the request is 15 days prior to the 1st of the month.  Without this written notice you will be accountable for the current month’s dues.  A request must be given to the head coach in writing.  The Treasurer must approve the agreement for a change in payment date. Any accounts with an outstanding balance as of the 5th of the month will be assessed a $20 late fee.  

FUNDRAISING

You agree to particpate in all team fundraising events throughout the year.
